Agric Reforms

The target of Agricultural reform is raise new networks for farming and agriculture. Project Africa involves a FAT-Chi through Central Bank of Republic of China on loans from S.O.E.I and Sampson Onwuka Treasury on the weight that the teste of process' will make way for Banks for farms in  Africa and the large nation.

I presume that the best network involves land based decision covering work product areas of food production.

You don't want Banks directly in control of Agriculture and land reform.
